Orders

Your order is accepted when payment is taken and you receive a confirmation email. If I can't fulfil an order, I'll tell you and refund you in full.

Payment

Payments are taken securely by Square. Card details never reach me.

Prices

Prices are in pounds sterling and include any VAT that applies. Delivery is added at checkout.

Handmade items

Every piece is made by hand, so colours, sizes and finishes can vary slightly from the photos. These small differences aren't faults.

Delivery

UK addresses only. See delivery for services and costs.

Cancellations and returns

Ready-made pieces can be cancelled within 14 days of delivery. Custom and made-to-order pieces are made to your specification and are non-refundable, so they can't be cancelled or returned for a change of mind. Faulty items are always covered. See returns and refunds for details. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
