This explains what personal information Yoana Made collects when you shop here and what it's used for.

What I collect

When you order, I receive your name, email, phone number, delivery address and anything you write in a personalisation note. Card details are handled by Square, the payment provider, and never reach me.

Why

To make, post and support your order, and to keep the records the law requires for tax. I don't send marketing emails unless you ask to receive them, and I never sell your data.

Who else sees it

• Square, to take payment
• Royal Mail, to deliver your parcel
• Vercel, which hosts this website

How long I keep it

Order records are kept for six years for HMRC, then deleted.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, or ask me to correct or delete it, by emailing orders@yoanamade.co.uk. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

Cookies

This site doesn't use tracking or advertising cookies. Your basket is saved in your own browser so it's still there when you come back.
