Returns and refunds

Ready-made pieces can be returned within 14 days. Custom and made-to-order pieces are made specially for you, so they can't be returned or refunded.

Ready-made pieces

These are the items available to buy straight away in the shop. If you change your mind, you can cancel within 14 days of receiving your order, no reason needed.

1. Email orders@yoanamade.co.uk within 14 days of delivery with your order number.
2. Post the item back within 14 days of telling me, unused and in its original condition.
3. I'll refund the price of the item and the original standard delivery cost within 14 days of receiving it back.

Return postage is paid by you unless the item is faulty or not as described.

Custom and made-to-order pieces

Pieces marked “Made to order” in the shop, and anything made to your own request such as a chosen colour, size, name or design, are non-refundable. They can't be returned, exchanged or cancelled for a change of mind once your order is placed.

If you're unsure about anything before ordering, email me first and I'll happily help.

Faulty or damaged items

This applies to every order, custom ones included. If something arrives damaged, faulty or not as described, email me a photo within 30 days of delivery and I'll offer a repair, replacement or full refund, including return postage. Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 aren't affected.
